Imagination is what started this company. One woman who possessed a need to make a difference when giving a gift. She felt that if the gift showed genuine creativity, then it showed that it had been carefully put together with that particular person (recipient) in mind.

 

This made for repeat business since the giver AND the recipient were pleased with the end result(s). Many friends and acquaintances urged this woman to go into business for herself. The support from her colleages was so overwhelming and the orders continued to come in with more frequency that Baskets by Design was established in 1998. We have but one goal in mind and that is "to fulfill the needs of others who might wish to give a unique gift that was not manufactured, but lovingly, hand made for that special person".
